- How is my price calculated?
- You trace your beds on a satellite map and we measure the area from those shapes, then price it by mulch volume at your chosen depth plus any add-ons. The price you see is firm — there are no hourly rates and no surprise upcharges on install day.
- How much mulch do I get — what depth?
- Two options: a 2-inch refresh to top up existing beds, or 3 inches for full coverage on bare or thin beds. We compute the exact yardage from your traced beds and the depth you pick, so you only pay for what your yard needs.
- When will you come, and what happens if it rains?
- You book an install window and we text your exact day the day before. If heavy rain is forecast, we automatically move your install to the next dry day still inside your window — mulch spread in a downpour doesn't settle right — and there's nothing you need to do.
- Can I reschedule or cancel?
- Yes. You can reschedule or cancel yourself from your account any time before a crew is dispatched. Any refund goes back to your original payment method and can take a few days to appear on your statement.
- What if the work isn't right?
- Every job is photo-documented bed by bed, and you approve the work from your phone before the crew is paid. If anything isn't right, we return within 72 hours and make it right — on us, never on you.
